Понимаете, в студии Миядзаки очень аккуратные люди, они рисуют тень даже от одного листочка.. они не могли забыть нарисовать тени двух главных персонажей. В той местности, про которую мультик, задолго до съёмок фильма произошла ужасная история - маньяк убивал в лесу детей. Там помните, когда бабушка с Сацуки нашли в пруду сандалик? Мей умерла, понимаете? А Сацуки пошла её искать, и умерла сама. Туннель в дереве, через который бежит Сацуки - ну это то самое, свет в конце туннеля, у вас же тоже так говорят?
Потом котобус этот.. когда Сацуки садится в котобус, у него на лбу меняется надпись. Там все очень быстро происходит, и в конце получается destination: May, а до этого пункт назначения был кладбище. Если вы остановите кадр в этот момент, вы увидите. И ещё когда когда Мей находят, она сидит в таком святом месте, где Будды каменные стоят. Религиозные японцы верят, что человек, когда умирает, становится Буддой. И Будд в святом месте должно быть семь. А там шесть, и Мей сидит. She's already Buddah, you see. Ну и потом.. мультик же называется "Мой сосед Тоторо". Не просто Тоторо - тролль, или что-то типа того. Я думаю, это значит "Мой сосед - смерть".
